Description of outage: Scheduled Maintenance
CCVN staff will be balancing or physical network in order to increase the capacity of our data traffic. This should help all customers who have experienced slow internet speeds in the past due to network congestion.
CCVN staff will be working and unable to answer calls. All calls related to Internet and Phone should go to our 24/7 Technical Support. Call our office for TV support.
After the maintenance is complete if your internet or phone is still not working you may have to power cycle your modem/mta. To do so just remove power from it including battery if it has one and plug it back up.
