WSPA HD ch 207 and MeTV ch 107 are back up temporarily. They are up as a test trying out the new way WSPA is handing the signal to us. If the signal is not stable enough we may have to take it back down. Until further notice you might notice the picture tiling, breaking up, and pausing. Please bear with us as we continue to work with WSPA on this matter.
As you may have noticed WSPA HD (channel 207) and WSPA MeTV (channel 107) are out on both of our systems. This is due to the tower WSPA was using to transmit the signal to us has fell in the Tuesday evening winds. We do not know when or if they are going to fix or replace the tower. We are talking to WSPA now to see how we can get the signal back on. At this time we do not have an answer. This is completely out of our hands at this time and any updates will be posted on the website. Please do not call the office with questions about these channels but keep checking back on the website for updates.

We are excited to announce that the WatchTVEverywhere platform is now available to our customers that subscribe to Basic TV or higher (Lifeline not included). If you are interested in using this service please go to http://www.watchtveverywhere.com and register. If you need instructions for registering or want to see our FAQ’s for the service please go to http://ccvn.com/watchtveverywhere/. Not all networks are available at this time and we are waiting on the networks to add their content to the service. Please keep in mind it could take up to 2 months for all the networks to have their content available and we are at their mercy.
The registration and usage of the WatchTVEverywhere platform is pretty straight forward and you shouldn’t need any assistance getting it going. If you run into problems please try again and read the FAQ’s before you call. Also keep in mind you will only be authorized for the networks you are currently subscribed for in your TV package and not all networks have WatchTVEverywhere content available.

From the end of last week, through the weekend, and the rest of this week we will see some satellite sun outages. These satellite sun outages cause some of our channels too drop off for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. Most of them happen only once per day in the afternoon or evenings and only once per channel. It is possible that it could also run into this weekend and part of next week. Please have patience as there is nothing we can do about these outages. If you want too know more about what a sun outage is you can go here.
We will be doing needed repairs/maintenance this morning (January 4th) on one of our lines servicing Buladean, Red Hill, Beans Creek, Fork Mountain, Hughes Gap, and all areas in between. We’ll restore service as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have been notified that at 6:00 am on October 31, 2016, Pivot TV will cease broadcasting. This will cause us to lose Channels 148 and 348 on the new fiber system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this was beyond our control.
We have a fiber line that has been cut on the east end of Burnsville that will affect service to the South Toe Area and all areas in the east end of the county as well as multiple locations in Mitchell County. We have Technicians on site working diligently to get service restored as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
This afternoon crews working on the road construction at Newdale cut our line that serves customers in the Newdale, Arbuckle, and 80 North area. Our Technicians are working diligently on the repairs but these areas may be effected for several hours this afternoon. We apologize for the inconvenience and will return service to normal as soon as possible.
